I went to bed at 4:30am this morning and woke up at 8am. I have slept for 4 hours ONLY, so I was extremely TIRED and couldn't concentrate.
Today, I start a professional rendering training from 10:30 am to 5:00 pm(The class was overrun today >_<) until this Thursday. I totally couldn't focus on what the trainer said. I almost fell asleep in the class several times too. At the meanwhile, I was HUNGRY because I had no time to have my breakfast this morning.
I then went to buy a "RED BULL" in 7-11 during the lunch break. This is the 2nd time I drink "Red Bull". I NEED it to help me to focus. HOWEVER, I still yawned 30 minutes later.....
