Netvigator has set a trap!!!!!!

I've just logged into my account in "netvigator.com". I haven't checked the bills after joining this service plan. I was SO BUSY to pay different bills in the past 5 months(start from living on my own). The bill of broadband service is an e-bill too, so I have NEVER checked it. If it's a paper-bill, I will read it as usual.
Until now, I found that I should pay $27X every month. As I remembered, the plan I joined only cost $19X. Then, what's happen?????? I checked each items carefully. I found that I paid for two more services. One was "Media.com.hk" and the other was "MOOV.com.hk". I haven't used these before.
I scanned the e-bill again!!! These two services were free for the first month. Then, I totally realised that I didn't cut the plan(of course, I didn't know/remember that I should do it). However, that's ok. Every companies do the same thing. Then, fine. I'm STUPID!!! I will not argue for it. Of course, I will CUT the services NOW!!!!!!
I could cut "Media.com.hk" immediately and successfully. HOWEVER, I couldn't cut the other one~ The bill indicates that is a 12-month plan. THEN, I totally believed I was treated by NETVIGATOR!!! Then, I have just called to the hotline of Netvigator's Customer Service. They told me that IF I DIDN'T CUT THE SERVICE AFTER THE FIRST MONTH, IT WOULD TURN INTO A 12-MONTH PLAN AUTOMATICALLY!!!!!!! THAT'S SSSSSOOOOO CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!
How can it turn into a CONTRACT???!!! I didn't sign any document??? I only signed for the broadband service!!!!!! I have left my contact to them and they'll follow up!!!!
IF they don't call me back by tomorrow, I'll keep complaining and calling them EVERYDAY!!!!
I'm SO ANGRY NOW!!!

Remember that next time netvigator promote additional service to you, don't join it. Since you will forget to cut it after trial time. Don't be angry. Happy :)
Happened to me also.
Cursed Netvigator.
But my situations is worse, because every time it rains my internet disconnects.
They "fixed" it more than 5 times now, but the problem is still there so what they "fixed" i don't know. I told them i didn't want to pay for last month since it rained all the time = no internet.
They said ok, but of course they still charged me.....:(
